We sell bags made of both genuine leather and other selected materials such as eco-leather, suede, and fabric. Each product page clearly indicates the material in the title and description, so you always know exactly what you are purchasing — no surprises upon arrival.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping in Italy is always free, regardless of the amount. For Europe, shipping is free for orders over €100 (otherwise €9.99). Delivery times are 3-4 working days in Italy and 4-5 days in Europe, with couriers such as UPS, BRT, Poste Italiane, and InPost. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is dispatched.

Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied with it?

Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to request a return, provided the product is in its original condition. Write to us on WhatsApp or via email, and we will guide you step by step.

What payment methods do you accept?
