Refund policy

You have 30 days from receiving the item to request a free return.

To make a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to start a return

Once the return is approved, you will receive a free return label and shipping instructions.

Items sent without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Exchange

The best way to receive a different item is to return the received item and, after the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

Damages and issues

Check your order immediately upon delivery. If you find defects, damages, or wrong items, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the problem and find a quick solution.

Right of withdrawal (European Union)

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days of receiving the items, without providing any reason (under EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will inform you of the outcome. If approved, you will receive a refund within 10 business days via the original payment method.
