Returns within 30 days
We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. You therefore have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for return, the item must:
- be unused and in the same condition as received;
- have all original tags and labels attached;
- be returned in the original packaging;
- be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a free shipping label for the return and all necessary instructions for returning the product.
Return shipping costs are covered by us for all approved return requests.
Important: items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
We invite you to check your order upon delivery.
If you received a defective item, damaged during transport, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at contact@stiledonnabags.it. We will assess the issue and do our best to offer you a quick solution.
Non-returnable items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Items showing clear signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer after delivery
- Items returned without the original packaging or missing original tags
If you have doubts about the eligibility of an item for return, contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
If you want a different item, we recommend requesting a return of the received product. After the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Right of withdrawal for European Union customers
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without any obligation to provide a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, with original tags and labels, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the outcome of the request.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
The actual crediting times may vary depending on the bank or card issuer used for payment.
